　　直线振动筛安装及使用中注意的几个问题　　1、由于筛网采用高耐磨材料制造，所以在安装使用中，张紧筛网、是保证筛网使用寿命的关键。　　2、用包边或弯头的筛网，筛网包边(弯头)的外尺寸应比筛箱内侧实际距离小25-45mm，以防筛网太长而张不紧。　　3、在实际使用中发现，有些筛网不正常过早损坏是由于没有张紧的状态下形成的筛箱支撑条与筛网间的二次振动，相互撞击造成的筛网直线状有规则的断裂，引起这种损坏的三种可能性是：　　A、筛网尺寸过长，造成张紧螺丝张不紧;　　B、筛机张紧机构有问题;　　C、筛网支撑梁与筛网有间距。　　4、由于材质的原因，筛网不得焊接修补，以防脆裂。　　5、定时检查筛网张紧情况。　　6、控制振幅及振动频率至合适的水平。

　　直线振动筛轴承的拆卸方法　　1、外围的拆卸　　拆卸过盈配合的外圈，事先在外壳的圆周上设置几处外圈挤压螺杆用螺丝，一面均等地拧紧螺杆.一边拆卸.这些螺杆孔平常盖上盲塞，振动筛圆锥滚子轴承等的分离型轴承，在外壳挡肩上设置几处切口，使用垫块，用压力机拆卸，或轻轻敲打着拆卸。　　2、振动筛圆柱孔轴承的拆卸　　内圈的拆卸，可以用压力机械拔新简单。此时，要注意让内圈承受其拔力。 大型振动筛轴承的内圈拆卸采用油压法。通过设置在轴上的油孔加以油压，以使易于拉拔。宽度大的轴承则油压法与拉拔卡具并用，进行拆卸作业。圆柱滚子振动筛轴承的内圈拆卸可以利用感应加热法。在短时间内加热局部，使内圈膨胀后拉拔的方法。　　3、锥孔轴承的拆卸　　拆卸比较小型的带紧定套轴承，用紧固在轴上的档块支撑内圈，将螺母转回几次后，使用垫块用榔头敲打拆卸。

筛板筛面的固定方法

　　筛板筛面的固定方法　　1、张紧结构：主要用于两侧有钩边的筛面，为了保护螺栓头部不被磨损，常在张紧板上焊接一段圆管或铁块，在要求比较高的使用单位，直接将橡胶板包覆在张紧板的外侧，并在螺栓部位预留圆孔，保证螺栓头部与橡胶板齐平而得到保护。同时为了有效张紧筛面，不产生二次振动，将螺栓设计成角度的形式，并在外侧加上弹性垫圈。主要针对对编织筛网或厚度小于6mm的筛板。　　2、斜楔压紧：为了缩短装拆螺栓、螺母的时间，并在工作时不松动　　3、卡槽结构：这种筛板固定方法的特点是筛板的固定不用螺栓，拆装起来非常方便，更换速度快。　　4、螺栓固定：直接用螺栓将振动筛网固定在筛框上的连接方式适用于筛丝较粗大的编织网以及厚度大于8mm的筛板，棒条筛面，橡胶筛面和其他筛面的中部固定。

　　直线振动筛故障现象及排除方法　　(一)、故障现象：筛网过早有规则、直线状断裂。　　(二)、故障原因：　　1、张紧螺栓松动;　　2、订购筛网尺寸过长，无法张紧;　　3、筛箱的支撑条低于筛网水平(有间距)，造成筛网与支撑条的撞击而断裂;　　4、筛机支撑条上橡胶垫条没有垫(指需垫条的筛机)　　(三)、排除方法　　1、旋紧张紧螺栓;　　2、重新确定筛网尺寸;　　3、把筛机支撑条升高(约高过筛网水平线2mm，使筛网成龟背形，以消除二次振动)。　　4、换上专用的橡胶垫条(每换一次网应换一次垫条)
